I count myself quite blessed to be blessed with a duo of pastors who encourage me to grow. I preach, teach, and I've been told by numerous evangelists that God has anointed me with healing hands. My pastors also feel that God wants to use me in casting out spirits.
Significant time is taken with me (and the others in our church) that our pastors feel have been anointed by God to cast out unclean spirits. We have at least six or eight preachers in our church, with one having already been called to pastor. He and his wife are praying for God to open doors in their hometown to start a daughter work there.
Encouragement to grow as a saint isn't found everywhere. I'm thankful and I'm blessed that we have such gracious pastors that want to see us grow.

Do you really have that many demons floating around that need to be cast out?
I would argue that it's not "growing as a saint" but on a ministerial track of some kind - you just happen to be in the club, currently.
