Interesting what the rabbi said.
I have prayed at the alter during service and felt God envelope me and the noise of the crowd and music would fade away. But I would have to be
calm, still and focused on God. A shout or dance would just interrupt that.
To be Honest I have had better H.G. experiences at home in Prayer or when I prayed alone in the car.
