Not that I should need to explain why I posted it....

I posted it to get persectives from people like yourself. Other views also. Unfortunately, I do not have the luxury to sit around and read up on legislation. So having heard about it before.... then emailed about it recently.... I simply want to know if anyone had heard anything else about it.
