Give it time and every organization will embody one or more of those elements . . . including the NCO and AWCF.
Politics will always be present, votes, committees will always be in place in any organization.
The rest (inflated numbers, judgementalism, legalism, character assassination, etc will always be in force as long as there is flesh.
Give it a new name, wrap it in a cool, fresh, tech-friendly package . . . but it's nothing new and will soon become as every other.
