I'm not sure what you mean by "naturally" effeminate. Do you think children are born this way? Or do you think perhaps they've picked up on the mannerisms of the mom or dad ..... a boy walks like his mom ....... or a girl copies her dad's mannerisms.

I think that in the case of a boy acting effeminate there might be some kind of something going on where the dad isn't strongly masculine acting so the child doesn't have the "masculine" role as we normally think of it to pattern himself after.

I don't think a boy is born naturally effeminate or a girl born naturally masculine, but a lot of how they act is learned behavior by watching, copying and patterning themselves after those who they're with on a daily basis - usually that's their mom or dad.

Like I said, I know of at least one family where all the men are effeminate in their actions. I am talking about all of them. The dad, brothers, uncles, etc. I had the chance to get to know one of them and he was telling me the story of his family. His dad acted effeminate, along with all his uncles and grandfather. None of them were gay. They were just very effeminate in their actions. I have also known women who were very masculine in behaviour but weren't lesbian.
