Ooooooohhhhh yes! Goodbye to the mosquitoes (and not the rock group as featured on Gilligan's Island) but the flying, biting kind. Goodbye to our large extended families and the politics involved in keeping everyone happy. Goodbye to the horrible cold (with very little snow) winters. And Goodbye to the property taxes!
