Thank you for you responses, on the last point I meant to ask you what is your ideal role for
women in the church? ie: what would you like to see different in either the church or society? I've been through a divorce also, but I chalk it up to severe immaturity on both my ex and my part. I don't think pouting about abusive men is going to develop positive relationships in the future. Don't we all have maturing to do? I don't think the upc is a resevoir of wisdom. How can it be with such petty standards as restrictions against tv evangelism? The upc is uneducated in the ways of the world and men are uneducated in the ways of women.
