I've seen and heard your hurts. Remember this, no one was hurt anymore than the one who was rejected by those of whom he loved the most, then suffered so shamefully before the whole nation as a common criminal. You will never suffer any more than did your Lord, who made no mistakes of his own, but bore our sorrows in our stead who are full of many mistakes.
I applaude your pure intentions to be the example and to teach many others in the ways of doing it right. I know you personally, and I know that this is your true desire. So, navigate through the landmines dear and reach for the good in service as you are determined to do, without being discouraged or even remembering the days of yore when hurts abounded on every side. You have a higher calling.
