Convertible Beemers and Maryland/DC/Va beltway --I am pretty sure that the DC area has the highest BMWs per capita of anywhere in the US.
It is a funny plate but it wouldn't last long. We are loaded with so many overlapping police forces, a convertible performance car would be pulled over three times pulling out of a parking garage to help support our local treasuries.
The brick roadway surface narrows the location down to a few municipalities. Do we know what city/town this was taken in?
