While the words of Job's counselors have relevance to the context, it does not mean their words are inspired. Their words give context and texture to the subject, yet it does not make their words infallible. If not why did God rebuke Job's counselors and basically tells them they didn't know what they were speaking of. But of course, they spoke elements of truth.
That's why the scripture says '...the letter kills, the spirit makes alive..." Understanding requires "rightly dividing the word of truth", otherwise one misses its purpose.
