Back in the early 70's I worked for a woman who was UPC (strict!). The rule at her place of business was that if you worked for her, you would not ever show up in a pair of pants. Dresses only. And absolutely NO make-up or jewelry. She couldn't do much about people's hair. But she would have if she could have.
I wonder how a ruling like this would effect a situation like this?
