Again, you put "separated" in quotes implying what?

The fact is "separated" groups and "closed cultures" do not often encourage their youth to pursue higher learning in colleges and universities, community service, and go engaging the culture on reality TV shows...

I still think many of you EXers are on a pendelum swing :gclock from a UPC of the past. Oh, I know there are still some examples for you to give me, but it is not the current direction of the UPCI you have strong issue with... IMHO
