However it IS Admin's responsibility to maintain this forum and that includes monitoring posts. From what I understand, they do that by dividing the responsibility between themselves.
It's a good thing that they
do monitor. But they choose to let some things go that they themselves may even find questionable and wait for a post to be reported by a poster. Then they decide whether or not to act on the complaint.
It's not an easy job. I sure wouldn't want it.
