I'm showing my age, but it used to be de rigueur to wear a Hawaiian style shirt when you were preaching in a charismatic church. But as Prax pointed out, you folks are such "free spirits" (loosey goosey) that you're free to do whatever you want.
Grow a bushy beard and then shave it down to a goatee when you feel comfortable. Your pasty legs sound like mine, so just wear cargo pants. As far as jewelry, you really should at least wear puka shells if you're involved in ministry.
