It would be better to say that OU is right behind the SEC. Texas is just ahead of Vanderbelt and Old Miss.
Mizzu might be somewhere around Kentucky and Kansas might be able to hang with Arkansas but honestly the Big 12 isnt really "right behind" the SEC.
