HaShem in the New Testament

HaShem in the New Testament.

I have a Bible called The Complete Jewish Bible. It is a translation by David H. Stern. It has a copyright of 1998.

As far as I know, the term HaShem only occurs once in this version and that is in Third John (which is called Yochanan) verse 7 which reads , "...You will be doing well if you send them on their way in a manner worthy of God, since it was for the sake of HaShem that they went out without accepting anything from the Goyim."

In Acts 5:41 it is alluded to but not actually used. Acts 5:41 reads "The emissaries left the Sanhedrin overjoyed at having been considered worthy of suffering disgrace on account of him."
A note in the companion "Jewish New Testament Commentary" for this verse says
"'on account of him,' literally, 'over the name' and therefore alternatively, 'for the sake of HaShem.' HaShem (the Name) is a euphemism for YHVH. Alternatively, the Name here stands for Yeshua..."
