My older brother David Eckstadt who evangelized in the UPCI from 1982-1990.
Was preaching for a Pastor who was former Mississippi State Superintendent Lee J. Edwards.
His wife said it in front of her husband, my brother David and a lady who had come to fix her hair.
Here is her statement:
"I sure hope when we get to heaven the hair issue for woman was true."
"Because if is not you boys in the UPCI will be hearing from me!"
That is a direct quote...
She said it while he was staying at their house and preaching a revival around 1984-1986 in McComb MS.
