As you know, we have been asking Godfor His guidance in what to do in regards to my wife's health. The last few days have been... well, you can imagine. 2Ch 16:12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease [was] exceeding [great]: yet in his disease he sought not to the LORD, but to the physicians.

We have two choices facing us.

1) Continue treatment which will prolong life a few weeks and will more than likely cause additional suffering and will end in death.

or

2) End treatment which, in all liklihood, will hasten death but will spare my wife much suffering.

Asa trusted the doctors rather than God. And died. We have chosen to trust God. Treatment, chemo... meds... all may fail. But God will not fail. She may recover... and He will not have failed us. She may be completely healed... and He will not fail us. Or... She may go on to be with Lord, but, if this is His will, then ...He has not failed us.

My good brother, know that I am praying for your wife and your family. I can't possibly pretend to know what you are going thru, but our prayers are with you. I appreciate your spirit on this forum, in spite of personal anguish, you still maintain a wonderful demeanor and a positive outlook......you are an inspiration to many.
