These were selected in some fashion by the those meeting before the Tulsa meeting last week. Presumably after their terms expire there will be elections.
Some one mentioned a discussion on another board that said that the "Chairman" would be elected by the other Executive Council members. There was also a complicated system whereby an incumbent would "sit out" for two years after a term before becoming elligible again. Sounded like a way to mix up and rotate the leadership positions. |
