We figured that out, because we were constantly reassured that "We'll take care of it" and it would remain the same--
Our host cooked for us the last day, it was delicious, but I knew it was going to kill us. He kept telling us that he cooked different and his food would not make us sick--well I asked him on the way to the airport how he made one of his dishes-
he said he used:
Lamb, Onion, Tarragon, Ginger and CHILI POWDER!!!!
I dont know how missionaries of the past lived through this stuff!
