You have to read about them because we are not seeing them.
After the prayer and fasting took place and the Lord came down in a powerful way, then the repentance, the worship, the praise, the infilling of the H.G., etc.. Then everything else fell into place.

Sometimes we reap where we haven't sown.
We've experienced revival that came out of the blue seemingly. I say "seemingly", but I know that prayer and fasting had been going on through the years for a move of God in that community.
We just happened to come along at the right time. Many times a move of God happens when the right person is in the right place at the right time.
It doesn't mean though that prayer and fasting hadn't been a fact at some point or even ongoing through several years.
