I don't know how it works in the States but in Canada I have my plan with Fido.
It is called City Fido & I pay $45.00 a month and can talk for any length of time if I call in the Greater Vancouver Area.
Fido was bought out by Rogers & they no longer have this plan available but those of us that do have it, they have to honour it!
