Haven't you heard of what they do to people on some of those Japanese shows? And the Brits and Swedes invented most of the gross out games that require contestants to eat hands full of earthworms and such. We're actually behind the trend.
This one features such events as "Bad Smell Air" and "Hitted Hip." I can't figure out how the "Outwitted" event came to be translated as such. It definitely was
not the man's wits that were taken out. The setting is a library which explains the muted responses from the fellow contestants; or least their attempts to mute their responses.
