Made an offer.... and after dealing with
another offer on the same place....(What are the odds in THIS market??), we got it!!

We are thrilled with this place! We BOTH liked it. It has a huge lot (1/2 acre). And is in a great location. In fact, there is a Kohls department store just 150-200 feet from our backyard (but it is COMPLETELY silent due to a 12 foot wall and the fact that there is very little traffic to begin with).
