It is an Apostolic Pentecostal that believes either that one is saved at repentance or one is saved at the moment of true faith.
(there are both kinds and while very close, there is at least a symantical difference)
both versions (should) believe that
Acts 2:38 applies to Christians today, as an expression of the faith/Grace that saved them.
