Re: What Mother's Day Means To Me

I had a great dinner last night with a few of my children and their spouses and our 2 youngest granddaughters for my birthday and Mother's Day combined. I am so blessed. And thankful for a Mom that was a woman of faith, who was gone much too young. But I still remember her prostrate on the floor praying, shouting her hair down, couldn't carry a tune but loved to sing for the Lord, and clap her hands and dance. If anyone remembered anything about Ma Barton it was her faith. Five generations of women of faith in my family, as far as I know. Prayer warriors and reliance on God for every aspect of their lives.
If I could hear my Mother pray again.
If I could hear her tender voice again.
How glad I'd be, would mean so much to me.
If I could hear my Mother pray again.
