That would work for me! I don't necessarily want a big house to maintain, who has the time? But just something with a porch!
I live in a mobile home, and they just added a new section to the park that I live in. There are the most adorable new mobile homes in there that have porches, they almost look like beach bungalows.
I ride my bike at night, and I keep going up and down those streets, dreaming (pipe dreams) of having one of them.
