for those that think Judges are just about Abortion, think again. 5 judges last week gave the terrorists in Gitmo access to American Courts and Constitutional protection. It was a moronic decision and those 5 people need to be tarred and feathered!
these murderers were just given more legal protection than the Nazi's got at Nuremburg! And the Nazi's were under Geneva convention protection as members of a military and officials of a government! the terrorists dont have even that level of internation rights, but NOW they have the same as you and me as citizens of this country!
