Pretty long, but did you know that if you have 30 people in a room the odds of any two of them having the same birthday are over 50%? (The exact percentage may even by in the mid to upper 60's.)
Statistics and probability fascinate me. Weird things seem to happen all the time and it is easy to say "Wow! The odds of that happening are a million to one! -or greater!". What we fail to realize is that there are a million "million to one" things that could potentially happen, so what we see are the ones that DO happen. Make sense?
Having said that, when I see something and it effects my life in a way that is relevant today and now, I know it is more than mere odds and an outside "force" is directing the chaos around my life.
