Second of all there is a vast difference between looking feminine or masculine and looking sexual or sensual...You remember Adam and Eve right? God COVERED their nakedness. you CAN look feminine withOUT looking like you are just a dog in heat inviting every male dog around to come and get it.
Same with men. They can look like men without wearing tight clothing.
