Look, there is one God and His nature is Triune. He is the Father, Son and the HG--thus Tri(three) une(united)--Triune. I do know that the teaching of tritheism was created in order to trick alot of believers. When it was created it Matt 28:19 was used to help to "verify" that teaching. Much similar to some verses used to convey standards or other things that people misapply.

The question of naming a child Trinity was the point of this thread and it has become abundantly clear that you and I am sure others like you are oneness homers and do not consider the nature of the creator. Being Jesus Only is not bad, but being Jesus Only in doctrine is. When Jesus died on earth God was still in heaven. I am sure you believe that, but to deny that God is Triune is of base, IMO. I am oneness to the core but not to the degree that I ignore that God is Triune or multiune is nature or actions.

I am also aware of murders by people name Mohammed due to religion. I know of people named Charlie that killed out of religion or religious beliefs but I am not counting out the name Charile. Nor would I count out the name Jospeh (Joseph Smith of the LDS faith) cause he was a Prophet to that movement. I think the name Trinity is a cool name it calls in to mind human nature matching Gods nature. We as humans are triune too. Would you deny that too?
