i think the letter was poorly written. jj failed to consider the wp's point of view as it concerns people who speak in tongues. his letter came across as way too aggressive, too emotional, way too defensive, and way too...well, bombastic. jj, or anyone else who chooses to write to wp, would do well (imo) to read Carnegie's "How to Win Friends and Influence People" before they write their letters to the editor and remember that a soft answer turns away wrath. This kind of letter only reinforces the negative image that the wp has of tongue talking people. I'm surprised that a high profile leader like jj wasn't more measured. I would hope that a man of his stature would regret the tone of his approach.

I didn't really see a problem with his letter. He was mad as many of us were.
