It's not the caffeine, it's all the sugar. I've lost over 60 pounds and all I've done is watch my carbs and sugar intake. I still drink coffee and teas. I just avoid sugars. I occasionally use artificial sweetners. Diet only if I drink a soda.
But caffeine can stimulate appitite so moderate your intake and have a healthy whole grain snack to curb that appitite.
