Sister, if you spent 20 years at one job, as a business owner myself, that longevity speaks volumes especially today when people change jobs like they change underwear.

If you haven't already, sit down and begin listing ALL the skills you learned, things you trained for, and as many tasks and projects that you worked on, lead, managed, as well as any people you may have supervised, directed, lead, even if they were interns, etc.

Don't be afraid to use the following terms..

project manager
project lead
involvement in and/or implementation of process change
created efficiencies
involvement in organizational growth and planning
lead the initative to...
created a strategic/creative approach to...
conflict management (at any level)
client services

All this is part of the information that will populate your brand spanking new resume.

Put your career, not just your next job into the hands of the Lord and not only will you find the right job, it will be in the right industry.
