Re: Old way of Holiness Standard do we need to kee

Bro. Price,

You are 100% correct. As someone who also was caught up in the 'winds of change' I can relate to all that you said. I would like to add one small footnote if I may, the most prevalent danger in the people of God today is silence. A silent preacher will also stand at the judgement with blood on his hands. The church is no place for a 'don't ask don't tell' policy. I was in a church for several years that did not scream change but they just did not say anything as the change was happening. It is like the frog in the water as it slowly heats up, he will not leave the water until it is too late. I myself, can only describe my situation as Naomi, I left full but I came home empty. I have many people that mean more to me than I could ever say that are still caught up in it. They genuinely feel that they are having revival, but if a sinner can come and sit on a pew without feeling a need for change, the church is failing. And when your young people see the absence of Godliness over and over, they will conform to it and even push the envelope further. I pray that you stay strong in the faith.
