Re: Christmas Music ??
If they allow Reindeer Boogie or Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer or any other such song on a Christian radio station at Christmas time, then next month, when it's no longer Christmas, does that mean that they need to allow Elvis to belt out Love Me Tender? Cuz you understand, SOME Christians listen to songs like that in their own homes and cars.
I think when people tune into a CHRISTIAN radio station, that is exactly the kind of music they are expecting to hear. Whether the listener has a tree or listens to secular music in their own world is not the concern of the radio station. The concern of the station is to address the needs/wants of the community of those who tune in to listen to them. I don't know about your area, but in our area, if our radio station played songs like Reindeer Boogie, they would hear from their listeners strongly and it wouldn't be in a good way.
That's just my opinion.
