Maybe they found a hidden treasure map hidden on the back of original UPCI/PAJC merger documents.

That shows 2 rivers intersecting, an alter and what looks like a crown.
It appears to be a treasure map of ancient Israel.
So they have taken off to find what appears to ba a map to find the
ancient remains of the "Ark of the Covenant".
