If I had to choose between the two, I would take Cool Hand Lukes anyday over Tahoe Joe's. I have had steaks at Tahoe Joe's that I thought were the best ever but they are not consistently good. If they could duplicate their best day everyday, I would love it. Cool Hand Luke's is more consistent. To Tahoe Joe's credit is their cheesecake - now that is the best.
