You pray and allow your spiritual wounds time to heal. You don't beat yourself up when you're not healing fast enough to suit yourself and when you have set backs. You pray for your enemies. Most of all you don't allow yourself to feel as though you are a victim. That's part of the process. Most of all you stay away from those who scammed ya!
