Re: Skirts Length and the Markets
Wasn't somebody saying the same thing a few years back about the length of neck ties? When the men were wearing them long (past their belt) it meant something to the economy and when they were wearing them short (which, in my opinion, looked ridiculous) it meant something else. Someone told me that once and I thought then how ridiculous a thing it was to say. Now, CNBC is saying it?! Must be a slow news day.
