Re: Legal way to stall or stop home foreclosure
People should call their banks before it gets serious and see what they can do. I had a realtor tell me that there is some process people can use....I can't remember the name of it now, but letting your house foreclose is not the best option. Call your banker. Or even a banker who is not yours and ask questions.
