However, we're talking about people who are NOT struggling against or denouncing their sins, but accepting it, justifying it by twisting scripture, and passing on that bondage to others.
Again, the scripture I just quoted--
Galatians 6:10 "For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. "
Are we supposed to preach what men what to hear? If we only tell people what they want to hear, we aren't servants of Christ, but of men. |
