First of all the question is asinine because these people aren't American citizens. I won't have to worry about them coming to Fort Smith, Arkansas or your hometown or anywhere else in this country.
Theoretically speaking, if a person is accused of a crime, I believe in giving them the lawful presumption of innocence, and if they are found innocent, then they should be allowed to return to society and live wherever they want to live.
If the Gitmo detainees are convicted, then they should either be incarcerated or executed depending on the severity of the individual crime.
You seem to be lumping them all into the guilty category and I'm not sure why since we haven't afforded them a fair trial 6 years later.
