U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the United States' pledge of $300 million in humanitarian aid for Gaza is intended to help achieve a Palestinian state that is "peaceful" and "responsible."
Why don't you look up info?
Peaceful and responsible? Not in my lifetime
Looks like Oblahma is spittin' on Israel. Hamas needs to buy more rockets and are running short on money.

Coadie, you’re obviously not well versed with how dollars are used like bullets in international politics.
You see, the Palestinian people elected Hamas (as result of our championing democracy in a highly volatile region by the way). Hamas is trying to argue that the U.S. gives aid to Israel but not the Palestinian people. This enrages Hamas’ voting base and solidifies the people behind their cause. When the Bush Administration played “hardball” with Hamas and cut all aid to the Palestinian people Hamas just used it to say, “Look, the U.S. doesn’t care if you live or die. We will protect and help you!” So recruitment has been up and Hamas is gained political legitimacy. But….now here’s what we’re doing. We’re making a real nice and real PUBLIC contribution to help the Palestinian people. This will get the people expecting aid. If Hamas keeps the aid and uses it to buy weapons…they deprive their own people. That gives us and the political enemies of Hamas more political clout to weaken their political base. If we get enough Palestinians upset with Hamas for stealing the money we gave for their relief…we might be able to get Hamas voted out of power. We’re trying to play the Palestinian people against their leaders dunderhead.
We could just keep all aid cut and shaft the people…that way they lock in right behind Hamas with undying dedication. Would that be preferable to you?
People don’t understand that this is a lot like playing Chess.
