Coadie's an ideologue. You can predict his answers based on the standard Pro-Republican line. People who think for themselves are typically a lot more difficult to nail down. One minute you might think you're dealing with a liberal...the next a conservative. Why? Because they have a mixture of self realized opinions that differ from both party lines.
