We have "rebaptized" some who have story similar to yours Seeker4.
baptism should go hand in hand with a persons profession of faith. Ask your pastor to baptize you. Explain to him that at 9 yrs old you did not comprehend the serious of commiting your life to Christ.
or....wade out into the river and submerse yourself, calling on the name of the Lord.
