Intercession - better than booze? That's one of the strangest ways to describe intercessory prayer that I've ever heard.
I've never drunk "booze" so I don't have a clue how there could be any comparison.
Intercessory prayer doesn't usually give me any kind of high. Instead it usually takes a LOT out of me. Intercessory prayer is hard work. It wears you out.
