I am definitely for Deep, Heart Felt Worship. But spinning around in circles, and jumping over pews is not what you need to do, to usher in the presence of the Almighty God!!! I just think we need more balance with our Praise and Worship.
If we are not careful, all we will do is go to church to hoop and holler, scream and run.
And that will make us a very shallow christian. Trust me. I know people who thats all they go for.
We I was Evangelizing 75% of my messages were about Worship and Praise. I wish it would have been 50/50.

On the one hand you say there's no value in the "crazy praise" and yet you call for a compromise of 50/50. I'd think if there was no value, you'd want it abolished.
The Kingdom of God is exciting, fun and a huge party. As the late Carlton Pearson used to say (not REALLY the "late" CP, but you know what I mean), "we didn't come to church and stop dancing, but we just switched partners." Dancing is a part of Jewish culture for a reason. It was a huge part of the Psalms. Even the man at the gate Beautiful reacted with praise. May it never die.
I also see a need for balance, having both outer court praise and inner court intimacy. Take God out of the box. Tears and sad love songs aren't the only way the Spirit moves.
