That is how we detect baloney.
Hawaaii offers very carefully worded responses
They have offfered several responses that are contradictory
then they hide under the banner that they can't legally respond in any way.
They say they destroyed original documents in 2001 and in 2007 and 2008 they refer to documents they claim to have destroyed by reason of going to electronic media.
If what the State says it is true, then They did NOT send the item to daily Koz. because daily Koz is not the legal document holder.
The fake document has no fold lines. Several p[eople have ordered their B.C.s and they are mailed folded in a letter sized envelope. Fakes and forgeries.
Genuine fakes. REAL counterfeit.
Twisp. Have you ever seen a COLB and touched it that was not real?
There are no named witnesses to the birth. None. Flat earth syndrome for ya twisp?
"the entire governmen would lie"
This is an example of a lie detection tool. There is a dishonest exageration in the word "entire" Then it is reduced to a statement of the rediculous. These are dandy signs when we study people that make up lies.

Including certified dog catchers? amplified and rediculous over generalization.
Keep it up
