As for folks getting wee-weed up-- I thought it was a nice way of describing the utter nonsense that has been stirred by GOP operatives. I'm glad to see Americans getting involved in the process, but the origins of the current poo-storm that has engulfed the emotions of so many folks on this issue was established by folks with less than genuine desires.
There's nothing "grass-roots" about getting people angry based off of stuff that you know are fear-mongerring, exaagerations, or even lies!
I don't consider MANIPULATION to be an American virtue!!
Unfortunately, GOP operatives used this method to gin up anger and fear.
Not so different from the tactics of f-khan, J-Jackson, and Sharpton whenever something tragic and race related happened and how they were so successful in getting the emotions riled of the people who listened to them.
Their tactics were disengenious then, the GOP's tactics are disengenious now.

Jermyn,
You are saying the Obama Administration has done a poor job of presentation and that the GOP operatives are stirring things up. You can't have it both ways. The American people are upset because the whole thing is enormously a confusing mess.
These people are "constituents" and they are angry.
This is what it is about - It's not always about the detailed wording of legislation that counts, but the regulatory interpretations of laws that are made by federal and state officials.
This is what the American people are angry about - the wording can be interpreted in too many ways after passage. That's not going to cut it.
